The new regional headquarters of the Orange Group, inaugurated in 2022, offers 6,500 m² of office space designed in a “campus” spirit. Featuring flexible and modular floor plates, the building was conceived to adapt to evolving work styles and organizational needs.

Located in the Interives development zone in Fleury-les-Aubrais, the project is part of a broader urban plan aimed at creating a new identity for the area—focused on quality of life in the heart of each block, program diversity, and a strong relationship between buildings and public space.

In response to these goals, the project :

– Provides a coherent, understated, and durable architectural and urban solution, aligned with the scale of the block, its immediate surroundings, and the ambitions of the Interives development zone, contributing to the creation of a sustainable new urban district.

– Delivers a rational and efficient layout, with an organization tailored for occupancy, operations, and long-term adaptability.

– Pays special attention to user experience and quality of work life, offering diverse and customizable layout possibilities for future occupants.

An exemplary and proactive environmental approach was rewarded with four certifications :

– HQE Sustainable Building 2016, level Excellent

– BBC Effinergie 2017 label

– Osmoz label, built environment scope

– Ready2Services (R2S) label, base level
