The foundation

AIA takes at heart its social commitments. The Fondation AIA Architecture, Santé, Environnement was created in 2011 and seeks to debate, as well as provide some insights and measures pertaining to general interest issues such as healthcare and territories. It also strives to bring to the table a vision for the future. A scientific committee made up of thirty members (economists, urban planners, architects, sociologists, and representatives of higher education institutions) actively participates in the research, the publication or the conferences organised by the AIA Foundation. Thanks to these undertakings, including the B2V research (Living Well in the City), the AIA Foundation contributes to a wider thought process on tomorrow’s cities and healthcare; and it wishes to share its findings with as many as possible.
