#WINNER: We are proud to announce this victory for the Samuel Paty High School project in Montévrain, Île-de-France, in partnership with Bouygues Construction. This much-anticipated future institution will meet the growing educational needs of the Île-de-France Region while incorporating an ambitious environmental approach.
🔹 1,000 places: Offering general and technological programs, along with a course in Economic Construction Management.
🔹 RE 2020 objectives (2028 threshold): Certified as a Bâtiment Durable Francilien, with 830 tons of CO2 stored through low-carbon design choices.
🔹 Holistic health and well-being for students and teachers: Spanning 11,500 m², the school combines energy efficiency, comfort, and innovation.
Construction is set to begin in September 2025, with the opening planned for spring 2028, followed by a 5-year operational period managed by Equans Services Bâtiments & Infrastructures.
