At SIMI RICS, on the EPA Sénart stand, architects and project directors Cécile Grouille and Peggy Le Bihan from AIA Life Designers presented the rehabilitation hospital project for UGECAM Île-de-France at Carré Sénart. They were joined by : Michel Bisson, President of Grand Paris Sud, Clarisse Mitanne Muller, Interim General Director of UGECAM Île-de-France, Julie Gaceus, Isabelle Agostino-Gaschard, Director of the Coubert Rehabilitation Center. The conference highlighted a strategy focused on inclusive and local economic development.
At the Experts’ Panel, Simon Davies, Laurent Rossez, Valérie Pelletier, and Nicolas Peaudeau showcased exemplary projects designed to address the equation of “cost – carbon – architecture”, leveraging their expertise in decarbonization.
