On December 3, we proudly celebrated the inauguration of the Buès Building, Gate B – Medical Imaging at Saint Joseph Hospital in Marseille. This new building, a symbol of innovation and dedication to patients and caregivers, was unveiled in the presence of: Yann Bubien, Director General of the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur Regional Health Agency (ARS Paca), Sylvain Di Giovanni, Departmental Councilor representing Martine Vassal, Olivia Fortin, Mayor of the 6th and 8th districts, Marie-Hélène Amsallem, Deputy for Health in the 6th-8th district and representative of Laurent Lhardit, Member of Parliament, Dr. Olivier Monnet, Head of Medical Imaging, Delphine Beji, architect and director of AIA Life Designers Lyon, representing the AIA Life Designers team.
As Bruno Vergobbi, President of the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation and the Hospital, stated in his speech:
“Thanks to this new building, Saint Joseph Hospital now has three CT scanners and three MRIs, including two 3-Tesla MRIs—the best technology available in medical imaging.”
This modern facility, equipped with cutting-edge imaging technology, enhances the quality of patient care.
In her speech, Delphine Beji highlighted the architectural vision behind the project:

In short, this building is a true health space where every architectural detail is designed to support and complement medical practices.”*
