This project, part of the Bâtiments Durables Franciliens initiative, achieved Silver-level recognition following its review during the design phase commission.
Key Features of the Project :
A strong landscape presence despite a highly dense site :
40% greater rainwater retention than the 8 mm regulatory requirement,
10 m³ rainwater recovery tank to supply the irrigation system,
All surfaces (except the logistics courtyard) are permeable,
Consideration of IPCC climate scenarios to enhance summer comfort: Natural ventilation,
Adiabatic humidifiers on recirculated air,
60% reduction in energy consumption to meet the 2050 Tertiary Decree target.
Participatory approaches : multiple consultations with local residents and future users (including a greening workshop), LEAN approach implemented by the general contractor upon arrival of finishing trades, project structured as a Global Energy Performance Contract (MGPE).
