It was with great pleasure that I had the opportunity to sign, on behalf of the partners and all the employees of AIA Life Designers, our Convention for the development of an employment policy for workers with disabilities with AGEFIPH, on March 1, 2024.
This event took place in the presence of Caroline Geny, Regional Delegate of AGEFIPH for Pays de la Loire, Eric Drevillon, Mission Officer, our elected CSE members, and the leadership of our group.
Since its inception, AIA Life Designers has upheld human values of which we are proud, and the pursuit of better inclusion of individuals with disabilities in our teams represents an opportunity that we are determined to seize, to contribute further to the development of a fairer, more inclusive, and more supportive society.
I sincerely thank the Association for the Management of the Professional Integration Fund for Disabled Persons (AGEFIPH), whose mission is to promote access to and retention of employment for disabled persons in private companies, for assisting us in implementing this initiative.
A big thank you also to Aurélie Deveille, Director of Human Resources, and BRIDIER Marylin, Human Resources Manager and Disability Liaison at AIA Life Designers, for driving this initiative with commitment and determination.
